Microsoft Expression Web 3 - haven’t heard this name, its Microsoft’s launch as a rebel to Adobe’s Dreamweaver. Having FrontPage losing its hope of getting the market, Microsoft wanted to regain its position in the web design domain with expression web 3.It isn’t working out for Microsoft again as the competitor is too tough to be challenged. 
Still, Microsoft expression is feature rich. Let me list out some of the features here – Easy to embed Silverlight (Flash killer) to web pages and support for high resolution deep zoom images, Inbuilt creation of web optimized video file in a choice of Silverlight player skins, With snapshot capability , it’s now possible to test the working of your webpage in different versions of internet explorer. The best one is (not a feature) – Value for money – this comes cheap compared to adobe Dreamweaver.
