All work and no play makes jack a dull boy

I have this friend of mine who got admission into a good university with his meritorious performance in his under-graduate program. The university is located in a very expensive city to live in and so he had to work on part times to support his living. The university started giving loads of paper works which he couldn’t work on as he was already occupied round the clock and had very less time to spare on all these. As he wasn’t submitting paper works he couldn’t get good grades at his university. He shared this problem of his with me .
